The entire project was planned and delivered in compliance with <a href=\"https:\/\/diled.lt\/breeam-projektai\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong data-start=\"350\" data-end=\"360\">BREEAM<\/strong> <\/a>certification standards: energy efficiency, low glare, high-quality light spectrum, and optimal luminaire layout.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"490\" data-end=\"521\"><strong data-start=\"494\" data-end=\"521\">Key solutions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong data-start=\"523\" data-end=\"561\">~400 linear luminaires system<\/strong><br data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"564\" \/>Approximately 400 linear luminaires (3 m each) were installed in work areas. They feature low glare, uniform light distribution, and a warm 3000K color temperature, ensuring comfort across all office floors and meeting BREEAM-compliant lighting quality levels.<\/li>\n<li><strong data-start=\"837\" data-end=\"891\">Decorative custom organic-shaped luminaire<\/strong><br data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"894\" \/>A 100-meter-long LED neon flex 360\u00b0 strip was installed throughout the Capital Box building. Its flexible structure allowed the creation of an expressive, organically flowing light line that became a visual focal point of the project and highlighted the building\u2019s architectural character.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1162\" data-end=\"1185\"><strong data-start=\"1166\" data-end=\"1185\">Areas covered<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1162\" data-end=\"1185\">Lighting solutions were adapted for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1224\" data-end=\"1254\"><strong data-start=\"1224\" data-end=\"1244\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.capitalbox.lt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Capital Box<\/a>, UAB<\/strong> offices<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1257\" data-end=\"1286\"><strong data-start=\"1257\" data-end=\"1274\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.circlek.lt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Circle K<\/a>, UAB<\/strong> premises<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1289\" data-end=\"1340\"><strong data-start=\"1289\" data-end=\"1299\">Laurus<\/strong> restaurant lighting (<em>track<\/em> systems)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1343\" data-end=\"1457\">All <strong data-start=\"1350\" data-end=\"1365\">Sand Office<\/strong> common areas: workspaces, corridors, sanitary facilities, and exterior lighting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1459\" data-end=\"1484\"><strong data-start=\"1463\" data-end=\"1484\">Additional spaces<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1486\" data-end=\"1630\">The building also includes currently unleased areas where lighting has already been installed and is ready for future tenants.
